After a long day and a hard battle Team Mirepoix with chefs Franz Propst, executive chef at The Peak City Grill & Bar; Ryan Summers, chef at Chef's Palette Restaurant & Bar in Cary; and Tom Halik, chef and proprietor at Main Street Grille Cafe & Bakery in Wake Forest take the win and the highest overall scoring dish of the night!
