“The best thing about this competition is that there has been so much camaraderie between the wonderful independents here in the Piedmont Triad. It has been my pleasure meeting the chefs, team members, supporters of the restaurants, wonderful people not involved but should be (Robin!), judges/pros of all sorts, and supporters of fantastic restaurants in our area and may I add that there are many more that did not participate this time. Thanks to all involved and lets do our best to keep supporting quality people and quality dining in the Triad!”
