Your reservation has been confirmed.  You will receive a confirmation email and ticket(s) shortly. We look forward to seeing you at the battle! You may either print and bring your ticket(s) to the event, or present your tickets on your smart phone by downloading the Eventbrite App on your Android or Apple device.

Please be sure to tell your guests to bring their smart phone, tablet or iPad with them to the event.

Please plan on arriving to the venue at 6:30 pm for cocktails and wine.  Seating is typically at 7:00pm and the night normally lasts until 10:00 pm.  Dress code for the event is Smart Casual.

Any particular food  allergies that you mentioned during your ticket purchase will provided to the event staff and chefs and will try to be accommodated to the best of our ability.  Please confirm your food allergy with your server once you are seated.

Purchases are non-refundable, but you may give your ticket to someone else (just tell them to give your name at the door).  In the unlikely event that the competition is postponed your ticket will be valid for the newly scheduled date. If an event is canceled then your credit card will be refunded.

Your purchase covers food, tax, and gratuity.  You will receive a separate bill for beverages on the night of the event.

Voting for the event is done via smart deviceIf you have a smart phone, a tablet or an iPad then bring it with you to the battle.

We are extremely excited to announce that our own iPhone/iPad and Android App, specifically for use during our Competition Dining Event, has been released to the iTunes, App Store and Google Play!

Click here on your iPhone or iPad to download the App now so you’re all ready for the event. Android users go to Google Play and download the Competition Dining App. Currently this App is only available for iPhone/iPad and Android — so be sure to bring your phone!

As always, the IT gurus at hITS Solutions will be onsite during the event to assist with any technical needs.  Contact them for a free analysis of your business’ technological needs.

For all other devices, such as, Blackberry Storm or Windows phones go to your app store and install inigma qr code reader to your device. Then, when you arrive at your table, you just scan the voting card at your place setting and register into the voter's portal.

 And, finally, don’t worry if you’re not tech-savvy—this is simple. Electronic voting is NOT required to participate in this event, but it will dramatically increase our efficiency, accuracy, and reporting ability—not to mention should be a lot of fun! We will have folks here to help assist anyone that needs a helping hand.
